| 1948 | Hagoromo Electric Corporation is established in Osaka Sakai-shi Otoriminami-machi as a coil factory for railway DC motors. Kitada Hideyo becomes the first president. |
| 1957 | Relocated to Osaka-hu Sakai-shi Nishi-ku Otorinaka-machi due to business expansion. |
| 1964 | Started the production of reactors and water-cooling devices used in power converters for a major electronics manufacturer. |
| 1986 | Kitada Yoshihide becomes CEO. |
