We manufacture coils here in this factory.
Maintenance for coils is provided here as well. We thoroughly check the coils to see where and how they need to be repaired and come up with plans prior to maintenance. And of course, we do our utmost to return products in a cleaner state after maintenance is completed.

The technical abilities and skills of our employees are paramount as we rely on manual operation in many ways. "Liking to make things more than anything" is how our employees can be best described.
Most of the orders our company receive are multi-product or small-lot orders. Specialized equipment and tools are required to manufacture coils of various shapes and sizes. Knowledge and knowhow cultivated over the years are also essential to using specialized equipment and tools.
We at Hagoromo Electric Corporation value the 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) as an essential management technique and are continuously studying methods on how to sustain a controlled environment. While it may sound simple at first, a controlled environment is a very important factor that has a big influence on productivity and employee motivation.
We continue to learn cutting-edge technology and knowhow to better serve our customers. An inverter with a larger capacity comparing to earlier models is under development with the guidance of a technical advisor. Our younger employees are also involved in product development and upgrade their technical skills.
